    目的 探讨单核苷酸多态性SNCA rs356221与帕金森病患者认知功能之间的关系。方法 共收集2015年1月至2018年12月在四川绵阳四〇四医院神经内科帕金森病专科门诊就诊的帕金森病患者361例。所有患者均接受神经心理学评估(包括听觉词语学习测试,AVLT)、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)和Stroop色词测验(SCWT)。利用SNaPShot方法进行SNCA rs356221的基因分型。结果 利用SCWT量表,发现卡片C耗时SNCA rs356221携带者组较SNCA rs356221野生型组耗时延长(199.80 ±0.15 s vs 153.40±0.15 s,P<0.001)。SNCA rs356221携带者组的干扰指数要比SNCA rs356221野生型组显著增高(3.75 ±0.15 vs 2.88±0.24,P<0.001)。结论 SNCA rs356221单核苷酸多态性对帕金森病的执行功能有一定的影响。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the association between SNCA rs356221 single nucleotide polymorphism and cognitive function in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods A total of 361 PD patients who attended the special clinic of PD in Department of Neurology, Sichuan Mianyang 404 Hospital, from January 2015 to December 2018 were enrolled. All patients received neuropsychological assessments (including Auditory-Verbal Learning Test), Mini-Mental State Examination, Montreal Cognitive Assessment, and Stroop color-word test (SCWT). The SNaPShot method was used to determine the genotype of SNCA rs356221. Results The results of SCWT showed that the patients carrying SNCA rs356221 spent a significantly longer time in identifying Card C than those carrying wild-type SNCA rs356221 (199.80±0.15 s vs 153.40±0.15 s, P<0.001). The patients carrying SNCA rs356221 had a significantly higher interference index than those carrying wild-type SNCA rs356221 (3.75±0.15 vs 2.88±0.24, P<0.001). Conclusions SNCA rs356221 single nucleotide polymorphism has certain influence on the executive function of PD patients.
