基于电针疗法对脑梗死后神经功能恢复的研究进展

Research progress of electroacupuncture-based neurological function recovery after cerebral infarction

摘要:

脑梗死(CI)作为全球脑血管病中最常见的一种类型，其发作而导致的神经运动功能损害也是临床上最常见的后遗症之一。如何进行脑梗死后神经功能的重建一直是临床治疗的重点及最终目标，电针(EA)是传统中医针灸理论与现代科学技术相结合的产物，其在临床上治疗包括脑梗死在内的脑血管病具有独特优势，且已有大量临床研究表明，EA可以促进脑梗死后神经功能的恢复，是世界卫生组织(WHO)最早向全球推荐采用针刺（电针）治疗的病种之一。本文就近年来电针对脑梗死神经功能障碍的治疗和改善及可能的作用机制进行系统性回顾，旨在探讨电针对脑梗死的急性期和恢复期的治疗方案，为临床治疗提供新的治疗思路。

Abstract:

Cerebral infarction （CI） is the most common cerebrovascular disease in the world， and motor function damage is a common sequela. Reconstruction of the neurological function after CI has always been the focus and ultimate goal of clinical treatment. Electroacupuncture （EA） is a combination of acupuncture theory of traditional Chinese medicine with modern science and technology， with unique advantages in the clinical treatment of cerebrovascular diseases， including CI. A large number of clinical studies have shown that EA can promote the recovery of neurological function after CI. CI is among the first batch of diseases recommended by the World Health Organization to be treated with EA. This paper systematically reviews EA treatment of neurological dysfunction from CI in recent years and the possible mechanisms of action. The aim of this review is to explore the EA treatment schemes for the acute and convalescent stages of CI， and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
