Interventional treatment of intracranial arteriovenous malformation rupture and bleeding during mid-pregnancy: A report of 2 cases and a literature review

摘要:

报道2例妊娠中期颅内动静脉畸形破裂出血患者，经及时行介入栓塞治疗，取得良好的临床效果。回顾其诊治过程并复习相关文献资料，分析该病例特点、处理方式及围产期结局，以期为该类型患者的预防和治疗提供参考。

Abstract:

This article reported 2 patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformation rupture and bleeding during mid-pregnancy， who were given timely interventional embolization therapy and achieved good clinical outcomes. The diagnosis and treatment process and related articles were reviewed to analyze the features， treatment methods， and perinatal outcomes of these cases， in order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of such patients.
