    摘要:

    偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经系统疾病,其发病机制尚不清楚。近年来,瞬时受体电位锚蛋白亚型1(TRPA1)通道已成为包括偏头痛在内的各种疼痛疾病病理生理学研究关注的焦点。遗传学和药理学数据表明,TRPA1通道在疼痛以及硬脑膜传入神经的激活和敏化中发挥作用。TRPA1介导的氧化应激相关偏头痛触发因素可能会显著促进偏头痛的发生发展,是其发病机制之一。此外,TRPA1通道蛋白在三叉神经系统和与偏头痛病理生理学密切相关的大脑区域广泛表达,并与偏头痛发作及进展有关的神经肽共定位。该综述旨在讨论TRPA1通道在偏头痛病理生理机制中的作用及其治疗的适用性,为偏头痛的治疗提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    Migraine is a common chronic neurological disorder, and its pathogenesis remains unclear. In recent years, transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) has been the focus in the pathophysiology of various pain disorders including migraine. Genetic and pharmacological data suggest that TRPA1 plays a role in pain sensation and the activation and sensitization of dural afferents. TRPA1-mediated oxidative stress-related migraine triggers may significantly promote the development and progression of migraine and are involved in the pathogenesis of migraine. In addition, TRPA1 channel protein is widely expressed in the trigeminal nervous system and the brain regions closely associated with the pathophysiology of migraine, and furthermore, it is co-localized with the neuropeptides that are associated with the attack and progression of migraine. This article reviews the role of TRPA1 channel in the pathophysiological mechanisms of migraine and their therapeutic applicability, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of migraine.
