    摘要:

    目的 脑转移是肺癌常见的严重并发症,显著限制患者的生存与生活质量。近年来,全身治疗、放射治疗策略以及生物标志物的快速发展,显著改变了肺癌脑转移(LCBM)的研究格局。为更好地理解该领域的演进趋势,该研究对2024—2025年LCBM相关文献进行了文献计量学分析。方法 从Web of Science核心合集SCI-EXPANDED数据库检索2024年1月1日至2025年8月24日发表的与LCBM相关的文献。利用Web of Science引文报告提取文献计量学指标,并采用CiteSpace 6.3进行可视化分析,绘制国家、机构、作者合作网络,进行共被引和关键词聚类分析。结果 共纳入1 770篇文献。美国哈佛大学和得克萨斯大学发文量领先,中国四川大学、复旦大学等机构发文量增长迅速。作者合作网络显示中美两国形成主轴,但中国跨国合作仍较有限;欧洲国家与加拿大在区域间发挥桥梁作用。共被引证据基础以临床指南、流行病学研究和关键中枢神经系统疗效试验为核心。关键词聚类突出药物递送、立体定向放射外科、脑膜转移及间变性淋巴瘤激酶重排非小细胞肺癌等主题。结论 2024—2025年LCBM研究重点集中在具备颅内活性的全身治疗、精准局部治疗以及创新生物标志物策略。未来,多学科和国际化合作将为改善LCBM患者预后提供支持。

    Abstract:

    Objective Brain metastases remain a common serious complication in patients with lung cancer and significantly affect the survival and quality of life of patients. In recent years, the rapid development of systemic treatment, radiotherapy modalities, and biomarkers have significantly reshaped clinical practice and research priorities in the field of lung cancer brain metastases (LCBM). To perform a bibliometric analysis of LCBM-related publications in 2024-2025, and to gain a better understanding of the development trends in this field.Methods Web of Science Core Collection, specifically the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED) database, was used to obtain LCBM-related articles published from January 1, 2024 to August 24, 2025. Web of Science Citation Report was used to extract bibliometric indicators, and CiteSpace 6.3 was used to perform visual analysis. Networks were constructed for countries, institutions, and co-authorship, and co-citation and keyword co-occurrence clustering analyses were performed.Results A total of 1 770 articles were included. Harvard University and The University of Texas ranked highest in publication volume, and the institutions in China, including Sichuan University and Fudan University, showed a rapid increase in the number of publications. Co-authorship network highlighted a predominant China-United States axis as the core of international collaboration, but with relatively limited cross-border collaboration for Chinese institutions, and European countries and Canada functioned as connectors in inter-regional networks. The co-citation analysis showed that clinical guidelines, epidemiological studies, and pivotal trials evaluating efficacy on the central nervous system were the core topics. Keyword clustering analysis identified the research hotspots of drug delivery, stereotactic radiosurgery, leptomeningeal metastasis, and ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer.Conclusion LCBM studies in 2024-2025 center on systemic therapies demonstrating intracranial activity, precise local treatment, and innovative biomarker-oriented strategies. In the future, multidisciplinary and international collaborations will provide support for improving the prognosis of patients with LCBM.
