中国颅咽管瘤研究历史与现况

History and current status of craniopharyngioma research in China

摘要:

该文从中国颅咽管瘤研究历史与现况、中国颅咽管瘤的相关共识与指南、中国颅咽管瘤代表性研究团队及其标志性成果、中国颅咽管瘤研究与国际争议、中国颅咽管瘤研究存在的问题与未来展望这5个方面系统性梳理了中国颅咽管瘤的研究历史与现况。文章强调国际视野的重要性，以国际同行所能获得的中国颅咽管瘤诊疗信息为考量，以PubMed为主要数据库，采用“craniopharyngioma” AND “China”等检索式，剔除重复的和不相关的文献，尽可能全面纳入中国学者发表的相关英文文献，按这些文献发表的时间顺序评估中国现代颅咽管瘤研究的重要时间节点。以系统性贡献为评价标准，筛选出代表性团队的成果来阐述中国在颅咽管瘤研究方面所取得的国际一流成绩及中国学者与国际主流观点的碰撞。文章最后对颅咽管瘤未来研究的重点方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

This article systematically reviews the history and current status of craniopharyngioma research in China from five perspectives： the history and current status of craniopharyngioma research in China， relevant Chinese consensuses and guidelines， representative Chinese research teams and their landmark achievements， Chinese craniopharyngioma research and related international controversies， and existing problems and future prospects. Emphasizing the importance of an international perspective， the review takes into account the information on the diagnosis and treatment of craniopharyngioma in China that is accessible to international peers. PubMed was searched for "craniopharyngioma"， "China"， and "craniopharyngioma" AND "China". Duplicate and irrelevant articles were eliminated to ensure a complete collection of English-language publications by Chinese scholars. The chronological order of these publications was used to assess key milestones in modern craniopharyngioma research in China. The achievements of representative teams were selected using systematic contribution as the evaluation criterion to illustrate the world-class accomplishments China has made in craniopharyngioma research and the debates between the views of Chinese scholars and international mainstream perspectives. The article concludes with an outlook on priority issues for future craniopharyngioma research in China.
