Notch信号通路是一种高度保守的细胞间信号传导机制，在发育、细胞分化以及组织稳态中发挥重要作用。神经胶质瘤，尤其是胶质母细胞瘤（GBM），是一种高度侵袭性的脑肿瘤，其生物学特性与Notch信号通路密切相关。本文综述了Notch信号通路在胶质母细胞瘤中的作用及其相关机制，探讨其作为潜在治疗靶点的前景。

Abstract:

The Notch signaling pathway is a highly conserved cellular signaling mechanism that plays an important role in development, cell differentiation, and tissue homeostasis.Glioma, especially glioblastoma (GBM), are highly aggressive brain tumors whose biology is closely related to the Notch signaling pathway. This article reviews the role of Notch signaling pathway in glioblastoma and its related mechanisms, and discusses its prospect as a potential therapeutic target.
