莫旺综合征是一种罕见的自身免疫性疾病，常同时累及周围神经、自主神经、中枢神经系统。临床常结合电压门控钾离子通道(VGKC)复合物抗体来诊断，该文报道1例合并前纵膈占位的典型莫旺综合征，并文献综述。

Abstract:

Mowan syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease， which was first described in 1890. It often involves peripheral nerve， autonomic nerve and central nervous system at the same time. In clinical work， it is often diagnosed with antibody to voltage-gated potassium channel （vgkc） complex.
